Yes. Loopelo is built GDPR-compliant from the ground up, with data minimisation at its core. Your data is hosted in Germany, we never sell it, and we never use it to train third-party AI models. You decide what you share, and with whom.

Yes. Alongside local events and adventures, you can give away and find second-hand children's items with parents you trust, from your childminder, daycare, school and neighbourhood. For children aged 0 to 16.

We're starting in Aachen, but Loopelo is built for parent communities everywhere and grows with them. Just start a group for your daycare, school or neighbourhood.

Yes. Your chats are encrypted in transit and at rest, with the key kept separate from the database. Our team cannot read your messages in normal operation — decryption only happens for safety reviews (e.g. when you report a chat) and every access is logged. On top of that, every photo shared in a chat is automatically screened for harmful content. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

The core of Loopelo is free. Loopelo+ optionally adds extra features. The app is GDPR-compliant.

Loopelo is available as an app for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. The core of the app is free.

You can delete your account directly in the app settings, or at any time via the "Delete account" page on our website. Your data is removed in line with the GDPR.
