Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't the Word file have a border?
The decorative border is a preview and print design. The Word file keeps the same text without the border, so it looks reliable in every program.
Can I use the certificate for more than one child?
Yes. Change the name and achievement, and download the file again for each child.
Are my details or my logo stored?
No. Everything stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
